Styled with traditional taste, our principle objective has been to provide a spacious comprehensive and luxurious environment exclusively for members and guests.  The complex comprises a full Nautilus air-conditioned fitness suite, extensive cardiovascular equipment and a beautiful subterranean swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and floatation therapy.

You have the availability to book various fitness assessments and specific training plans and life style counselling.  Driffield Spa offers a squash court and snooker room, also a solarium, with high-powered sun-beds at an additional cost.  Discounts available to members on certain facilities with in the complex, ask for details.

Equipment includes:

Life fitness treadmills, Cross trainers, Precor Eloptical trainers, Concept Rowers, Tetrix Cycles and 17 pieces of Nautilus resistance equipment.

Dance aerobic classes available to both members and non-members, every Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Membership available for squash only clients and guests.

Opening times:  Mon-Fri: 6am - 10pm and Sat/Sun: 7am - 7pm
